Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare and United Concordia Dental Enhance Partnership with Expanded Dependent Coverage
The Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare (LVBCH) and United Concordia Dental, the coalition’s preferred dental carrier, announced a significant enhancement to their long-standing partnership: effective July 1, 2026, dependents of LVBCH Employer Members will now be covered through age 26 under Fully Insured United Concordia Dental plans. This update will be made at no additional cost and aligns dental benefits with current medical coverage standards, providing greater continuity and value for member employees and their families.
This expansion of dependent eligibility for fully insured employer members is part of the renewed partnership announced in 2025, which extends the endorsement of United Concordia Dental as the Coalition’s preferred dental partner through 2030. This is the eighth consecutive contract awarded to United Concordia, making this enduring collaboration one of the Coalition’s longest partnerships since the mid-1990s.
