Carl Seitz Named to Lehigh Valley Business 2025 Power List for Health Care

Carl Seitz is responsible for continuing the growth and accomplishments of the 45-year-old employer health care coalition, which provides affordable access to quality health care. Seitz’s areas of focus include group contract negotiations, building and maintaining relationships with decision makers, growing the non-profit organization’s market area, and strategic plan development and implementation.
He has been in his position for eight years.
He said negotiating group purchasing contracts for health care benefits that save millions of dollars a year for members is the key value proposition for LVBCH.
In 2025, the organization has added purchasing contracts with Progyny for Fertility/Women’s Health, Healthcare Originals for Asthma/COPD, and Health Advocate for Navigation/Advocacy. “These contracts add to the value LVBCH brings to its 280 members along with existing purchasing contracts with Capital Blue Cross, United Concordia Dental, and Express Scripts,” Seitz said.
