LVBCH Announces Keynote Presenter Suneel Gupta
Workplace Wellness and Performance Expert Suneel Gupta Announced as Keynote Speaker at LVBCH’s 45th Anniversary Conference in May
Suneel Gupta, bestselling author and founding CEO of RISE, a company focused on the connection of performance and workplace health, will be the keynote speaker at the 45th Anniversary Conference of Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare (LVBCH), Accelerating Innovation: Purpose into Action. The full-day event will be held on May 14 at DeSales University and will feature several speakers and panel discussions.
“I am so excited to join you as your keynote speaker,” Gupta says. “My session is about momentum. When we look at teams and leaders who fizzle out, they typically don’t run out of time and talent; they run out of energy. How can we elevate our energy and the energy of the people around us? My priority is to give you practical tools you can take away and put into practice immediately.” Gupta empowers organizations to cultivate community and growth by providing transformative insights on mastering the link between energy, well-being and performance.
Gupta, the author of the bestselling books Backable and Everyday Dharma and a Harvard Medical School visiting scholar, helps leaders and teams build the capacity to meet today’s relentless demands without sacrificing their well-being. He equips them with science-based tools to prevent burnout, sustain energy, sharpen focus, and improve both professional and personal performance. He offers a better way to work, resulting in sustainable innovation, productivity, and fulfillment. As RISE CEO, Gupta helps people personalize their physical and mental health journey while connecting with certified nutritionists and trainers at an affordable price. The company was named “App of the Year.”
Gupta evolved from a twice-failed entrepreneur to a leader behind two IPOs and being named “The New Face of Innovation” by the New York Stock Exchange – an inner journey explored in his internationally best-selling book, Backable (2020). The work reveals the mindset shifts and hidden habits of extraordinary people who push new ideas forward. His book Everyday Dharma (2023) codifies his mission to help people reset, reignite, and re-engage through a timeless practice called Dharma, which aligns “who you are” with “what you do.”
As a visiting scholar at Harvard Medical School, Gupta researches and teaches the interconnection between inner well-being and outer leadership. He hosts the Business Class series on Amazon Prime and is an emissary for Gross National Happiness between the United States and the Kingdom of Bhutan. In addition, he has personally backed ventures including Impossible Foods, Airbnb, 23andMe, and SpaceX, and was an early investor in CALM, a meditation and sleep app.
