About the Obesity Learning Collaborative: The obesity learning collaborative is an ongoing peer-to-peer discussion and educational series featuring local employers and clinical experts on obesity topics. For the past three years, these sessions have focused on comprehensive obesity care while also taking a deeper dive into the landscape around GLP-1s and other anti-obesity medications.

This Obesity Learning Collaborative welcomes Carole Mendoza, VP of Global Benefits and Employee Mobility at HP Inc, who will share her experience in offering a comprehensive obesity management program at HP Inc.

Carole Mendoza’s career in HR spans 20+ years in strategic benefits program planning, design, and delivery for multinational Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, Amgen, and Voya Financial. She currently serves as VP, Global Benefits and Employee Mobility at HP Inc. where she drives global benefits strategy, design, and delivery across more than 55 countries while ensuring efficient and effective management of all processes around the delivery of benefits.

She earned her MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and her Master of Public of Health at George Washington University – The Milken Institute School of Public Health.

Carole is the new Chair of the Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH) Board of Directors and serves on the board of the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health.
