Aaron Davis

Aaron Davis is the Founder and CEO of Switchbridge, LLC – a healthcare data activation platform – where, in addition to managing the company, he leads innovation, product development, sales and strategic partnerships.

Aaron gained a rich understanding of employee benefits, healthcare delivery and data analytics through his education, personal life experiences and a broad and successful career serving employers and healthcare-related organizations having 100-250,000 members.  For the last 37 years, Aaron has been involved in virtually all aspects of employee benefits administration and consulting and is recognized as an expert in self-funding, health risk management, and the activation of healthcare data and analytics.  He began his career in health information systems as Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager and Assistant Director of Operations and for Heritage Healthplan (an HMO) in Miami and Philadelphia.  He held positions of increasing responsibility at Cigna, Group Benefit Services and FirstHealth and co-founded Integrated Healthcare Resources Group, Mather Benefit Administrators and Our Clinical Team.  Aaron was the Founder and President of NextLogical Benefit Strategies, an employee benefits broker/consulting firm, that was acquired in 2016 and left the acquiring firm in 2021 to focus full-time on Switchbridge.

In 2013, Aaron was named Broker of the Year by his peers nationally in BenefitsPro magazine and was featured in the book Cracking Health Costs by Tom Emerick and Al Lewis, Esq. as one of the top 10 most competent brokers in the nation.  Since 2014, Aaron has been one of only three (3) advisors nationally to receive validation as an Advanced Advisor by the Validation Institute (formerly Intel/GE Care Innovations) for adherence to the highest standards of validity, integrity and performance.  In 2015, Aaron received the Circle of Excellence award from SmartCEO magazine as the top CEO in the Baltimore healthcare market.

Aaron graduated from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-law and Business Administration and pursued advanced degrees at Florida International University and Villanova.  Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, four grown sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandsons, as well as, reading, exercising and playing indoor soccer.

 

Stuart Sutley

Stuart Sutley is the Practice Leader of Bolton Innovation Group called BIG IMPACT. Stuart has 20+ years of experience working with self-insured employers, with expertise in developing health plan strategies using data as the litmus test.

Before starting BIG IMPACT in 2021, Stuart spent 8 years with Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions, the innovation group for Johns Hopkins Medicine,  Stuart also has expertise in Advanced Primary Care health centers having worked with plan sponsors putting in over 50 centers in his career.

After completing a five-year tour in the United States Marine Corps, Stuart spent the first decade of his career in leadership roles in several manufacturing operations. Experiencing the unsustainable cost impact of increasing premiums led Stuart into the healthcare field with a vision to assist organizations in managing all costs associated with member health and well-being.

Stuart received his MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and has a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education program in behavioral economics in the fall of 2022.

Kevin Gregory

Kevin is the father of 2 amazing adult daughters, who is married to a terrific wife and proudly calls Cleveland, Ohio home.

Kevin is an executive with Alera Rx and has experience assisting clients of all sizes and types, with their employee benefit plans and providing new product development to start-up companies.  He is focused on helping clients deliver their desired results.

Passionate about helping people, innovation and collaboration, Kevin integrates his formal education in accounting with his work career and community experience to do something today to create a better tomorrow. His work focuses on pharmacy benefits, health care, health improvement and administrative efficiency.  Kevin is keen to ask questions and listen for understanding.  His mindset is to actively seek differing positions and thoughts to ensure a thoughtful evaluation process.

Kevin is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati Lindner School of Business.   He served on the Governor’s Task Forces for a Drug Free Workplace, spoken at numerous conferences, and created a committee at diversity outreach program winning awards for his efforts.

Diane McClune

Strategic Consultant
Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare (LVBCH)

Receiving a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Pennsylvania State University, Diane went on to become Assistant Head Nurse at Beaver Valley Geriatric Center.  She pursued a career in Coronary Care and became Assistant Director of Nursing at The Medical Center in Beaver PA.  Her career evolved as the need to develop and manage the first Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program for Heritage Valley Health System.  During this time Diane completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and was an adjunct professor at Kent State University. She continued to expand her experience as Manager of Marketing for Heritage Valley BusinessCare, Occupational Medicine. Assuming a position as Regional Director Marketing for the American Heart Association for Western Pennsylvania Diane stepped into the non-profit world.

In a recent role as Vice President for the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health, McClune was responsible for member support in a variety of areas, especially those related to member education opportunities, group-purchasing programs, and communications.  She was responsible for fiscal management and the annual budget, review and contractual agreement and board oversight and development.  One of her key roles was networking with “sister business groups”, national health plans, area healthcare systems and consultants.

Currently, Diane holds a position as Strategic Consultant for the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health.  In this role she leads several national projects that involve health equity and preventative health initiatives around vaccines. In addition, she provides support to the staff around educational needs of employers, budget direction, group purchasing initiatives and engagement of members and stakeholders.

She is a member of the National and Pennsylvania Nurses Association; recently served as a Member of the IRB for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center; Secretary of the Penn State Alumni Chapter in Beaver Valley; Past-President of the Executive Women’s Council of Beaver County, member of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania and Keystone Simulation Education Center.

Diane was the spouse of Robert McClune and proud mother of 3 sons (2 daughters-in-law) and 7 grandchildren.  One of her great loves is traveling and absorbing cultures from around the world.
